Wyda Pack Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Wyda Packaging Corp is committed to your satisfaction with our aluminum trays, foils, and related products.
If you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and refund policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@wydapack.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Contact us at orders@wydapack.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Important: Do not send returns to the manufacturer without prior approval.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, contact us at orders@wydapack.com.
